Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the KvitraX cybersecurity platform and related services.

1. Use of the service

KvitraX provides security intelligence, asset visibility, exposure analysis, vulnerability management and related cybersecurity capabilities. Users may access the service only for lawful and authorized purposes.

2. Authorized security activities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that assets, domains, infrastructure and other systems submitted to or assessed through KvitraX are owned by them or that they have appropriate authorization to assess and monitor those systems.

3. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and authentication methods. Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Organization administrators are responsible for determining which users are permitted to access their organization's KvitraX environment.

4. Google authentication

KvitraX may permit users to authenticate using Google. Successful authentication with Google does not by itself grant access to a customer organization. KvitraX separately enforces authorization and organization membership.

We work to maintain a reliable service, but KvitraX may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Security intelligence and findings

Security intelligence, vulnerability data, exposure assessments and other findings provided by KvitraX are intended to support security decision-making. Customers remain responsible for validating findings and determining appropriate remediation and risk treatment.

8. Intellectual property

KvitraX and its software, interfaces, branding and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers retain rights in data they provide to the service.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal requirements, contractual violations or non-payment under an applicable commercial agreement.

10. Disclaimer

Except as expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. No cybersecurity service can guarantee that all vulnerabilities, threats or security incidents will be identified or prevented.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KvitraX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement or required by law.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
